Lauren Creedon

Hi, I’m Lauren. I geek out about product, art, and empowering women in tech. I started Clare Partners to coach teams on product-led growth and go-to-market strategy.

My mission is to help women and diverse teams gain access to capital and scale successful products. If you’re on my team, you’ll hear me advocate for tech leaders to build successful, service-driven lives without burning out.

The last 10 years have been a fun journey from startup co-founder, to early-stage growth consultant, to growth-stage product operator. Along the way, I developed an ear for bridging communication gaps and developing trust across teams and partners.

At Hudl, I build software and hardware products for the world’s best sports teams. As a manager, I coach my team on product discovery, go-to-market strategy, and growing rewarding careers.

In my spare time I enjoy advising young founders and visiting friends in the global innovation community. I studied history, studio art, and entrepreneurship at Harvard, and wrote a thesis analyzing how baseball cards reflected individual and racial identity in America.
